Digital Marketing
Regular attendees at timeshare industry conferences will know that two of the biggest topics for discussion are how we encourage new owners to buy into timeshare and increase rental revenue from new clients.
Typically, terms such as digital marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing, social media advertising and paid search (PPC) are bandied about by conference speakers as the way to achieve these goals. And, while resorts know they should join this section of the marketing arena, many do not have the skills or knowledge to do so. EVC Marketing can help.

But first, what is digital marketing?
In simple terms, digital marketing is the promotion of a resort via one or more forms of electronic media to reach consumers. It is a jigsaw with numerous pieces that need to be in place to promote the perfect image of your resort and your brand.
Today's consumers have access to information any time and any place they want it. Gone are the days when the messages people received about your resort came only from you and comprised only what you wanted them to know.
With the development of the internet and digital media such as Twitter, Facebook and TripAdvisor, consumers can find out not only what you say about your resort but also what the media, friends and peers groups are saying as well. And they are more likely to believe them than you.
Consumers want to deal with brands they can trust, companies that know them, communications that are personalised and relevant and offers that are tailored to their needs. And digital marketing can help you exploit the opportunities these bring.
Whether that is using free services such as social media or paid services such as display advertising, social ads and pay per click, EVC will help you choose the right platform, technology and tactic to reach your audience.

How EVC Marketing can help
Stage One: Research and analysis
|
Stage Two: Content and strategy implementation

The costs involved
There is a simple one-off cost for stage one which can also include knowledge transfer to an internal team at the resort and takes between 14-21 days to complete.
For stage two, minimum monthly activity/priority action agreements are entirely dependent on client budget allocation so there will never been any surprises. Contracts are normally arranged on a monthly rolling basis with an agreed retainer budget and activity schedule - monitored and revised quarterly.
Pre-agreed third party costs will be invoiced separately. Training courses for LinkedIn, Google+, video marketing also available.
